If you are between 16-24 and live in Sunderland, you can request a free home testing kit for chlamydia and gonorrhoea by visiting​ https://www.sunderlandsexualhealth.nhs.uk/services/chlamydia-testing
The test will be delivered in an unmarked envelope with full instructions.
If you are over 16 and live in the Sunderland area you can access online testing for Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, HIV and Syphilis through the SH:24 website.
You will receive your results by text within approximately two weeks of returning your test. If your test is positive for either chlamydia or gonorrhoea, you will be referred to one of our clinics for further assessment and treatment.
