The test will be delivered in an unmarked envelope with full instructions.
If you are 16 or over and live in the Sunderland area you can access online testing for Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, HIV and Syphilis here: https://sunderland.liliehub.health/
You will receive your results by text within approximately two weeks of returning your test. If your test is positive for either chlamydia or gonorrhoea, you will be referred to one of our clinics for further assessment and treatment.
